You do NOT have to draw the horse to bid.

If you do get the horse, you must draw it for it to become yours.

All horses still up for bid, just because someone else bid doesn't mean you can't! Also, there is no deadline. I will adopt out to whomever I feel deserves the horse. I like to see effort and creativity put into bids. You can bid for more than one horse.
